VideoBuilder
|
|
Every video follows a workflow plan consisting of four elements:
Pre-Production Planning, Field Production, Post Production, Schedule and Delivery. |
|
Pre-Production Planning
Pre-production planning focuses on creating a production concept and
accompanying video script that best depicts your proposed presentation.
VideoBuilder offers two options for this phase of production:
Option 1: You Create A First Draft Script
- You may choose to write the first draft script,
by giving details in the following areas:
- Narrative:
What will be said by a voice-over
narrator or by individuals seen on-camera.
- Scene Description:
What images will be shown in
the video
- General Comments:
What key information would you
like to convey, and/or additional feedback to provide us with
information to create the video in your vision of it.
- Assets: Determination of appropriate photos,
stock video, music, VO talent, animated backgrounds, animated
lower thirds, text graphics, etc.
Option 2: We Assist You With Scriptwriting
- You will answer a series of online questions that define your
industry and desired video presentation.
- You may upload brochures, images,
and/or related research data, to provide
our scriptwriters with further
background information on your project.
- Our professional scriptwriters will transform your information
into a draft script, and it will provide suggestions for scene images,
text graphics, music, voice-over narration, and other assets that
enhance your production.
Script Review:
In both options, you will have the opportunity to make up to
three revisions. Our scriptwriters will assist you in writing a script that it is professionally organized, easy to understand, and meets with your approval.
|
 |
|
Field Production
Once the script is complete, you will be asked to select three available
dates and times for a videographer to tape the images required for your
production. We will confirm the final date with you. The videographer
will arrive on the agreed-upon date/time, and shoot the scenes as
pre-determined in the script.
|
 |
|
Post Production
Once field production is complete, our professional team of editors,
animators, and voice-over talent will work together to create your program
to the specifications outlined in your script. You will be offered a first-cut
screening opportunity to view your production, and either approve it,
or provide comments on required changes. One revision is included.
